Two things. When you use the inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, event, and message you send us. When you browse the site, we collect standard analytics through Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure traffic (pages viewed, rough location, device). We do not sell your data.

Why we collect it

The inquiry details let us reply to you personally and plan the trip you asked about. Analytics tells us which pages are useful so we can write better ones. That is the whole of it.

Where it goes

Inquiry details are stored in our email marketing platform so we can correspond with you. Analytics data is processed by Google. We do not share your information with the events, leagues, or venues named on this site.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings or a browser extension. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we hold, to request deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
